The News

All Washingtonians need to tune in the the 5 O'clock news on Channel 5 tonight! We just finished an interview here at Children's hospital discussing our situation with the goal in mind of raising awareness about organ donation. I sure hope they captured my good side... See here to watch

You guys looked wonderful! and baby Mia is such a little sweetheart. I bawled like a baby. I wish I had an extra heart to give to her although after how my kids behaved today they may say my heart is cold and mean. Love you guys. Miss you.

Darn it... I should have been paying attention to the news today! IT was on.... I was just working out on the treadmill and barely made it through my workout.
I will look tonight.

Loved it! You didn't look anxious! You looked beautiful and smart and tender. Good job. Felt a little sorry for the way John's comments got chopped up...all we know is that he's a "wimp" and that the kids didn't like him before. :)

Watched it online just now. You guys are rocks. I know it's different with a camera in your face, but your story will touch tons of people. Little Mia is going to have quite a story to tell when she's older. Love you and constantly in prayer for you.

I missed it, however I went to www.king5news.com and watched it online, and read about it.

You both looked and sounded great! Mia is in our prayers as well as the rest of your sweet family. I love the post about Jensen and the light switch plates. He is such a sweet big brother. Take care and believe in miracles because they happen. Love you guys!

Mims! You are such a donor warrior! I'm so glad that you are spreading the word. I hope and pray that it won't be long now...

I was touched by the story. Mimi is so strong and you can see her love for Mia. John on the other hand... that was quite a quote John Boy. I'm sure you'll never hear about it from us (or Jim) again, "I'm kind of a wimp". Something we've known for a while.
