I feel like Christmas came early today. A friend has been working on a video for Jacob's mother these past couple weeks. It is finished and now I get to share it with you all, and most importantly with Jessica. I have watched it over and over again and am still teary eye'd. This video is for Jessica, and when I heard this song I knew we needed to make a video... the lyrics are perfect. Mindy Gledhill is perfection.
Lilly, you are a true artist! I love the video and all of your work for that matter! After this experience I think I will need a video every year. We are customers for life. Thank you thank you for filming our family and putting this all together. I Love it and I hope she will too.

Such a beautiful memorial. I can't stop watching it and crying. I hope this video will be shared with the world. People that are on the fence about being a donor needs to see why it is so important.
